Returns & Refunds Policy

This returns policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you bought our products through a third-party retailer or online marketplace, please contact them directly regarding their returns and refund procedures.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any supplements that have been opened or tampered with.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and provided they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
